Damaged or Defective Deliveries

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, leaking, or broken in transit, please notify our team within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at +91 94030 02249 along with a clear unboxing photograph or short video. We will immediately arrange a free replacement bottle or refund.
